Local Pick Up Instructions

Please see the following pick up instructions. You may contact us through messenger on our Facebook business page at m.me/get.SASScreations with any questions or concerns, for quicker message response time. TAT for Apparel could be up to 21 business days* (excludes shipping time) We aim for 5-7 business days, however with the current extreme shirt shortage it could be up to 21 business days. TAT for decals, jewelry and tumblers remains 5-7 business days unless otherwise specified in listing. For custom specialty items such as bags, shoes, vehicle accessories, etc. the TAT is 21-30 business days.

When the order is available for pickup, you will receive a "Shipping Notification" message at the email/text number provided at time of order which will include a link to this page of instructions.

Pickup instructions

WITH ADVANCED NOTICE orders may be picked up at 1329 Highway 5 North, Benton, AR 72019. (Map & more thorough directions below, please do NOT use GPS. The GPS will take you to the wrong area.)

Please DRIVE SLOWLY in the parking lot, watching closely for children &/or employees.

Please park to the right hand side of the Green Dumpster to avoid blocking 18-Wheelers.

Upon arrival please text "HERE" including "Name order was placed in" to (501) 249-1121 or (501) 794-7778.

Someone will bring your order out to you.

After listed hours?

We provide a drop box pick up with advanced notice, which must be scheduled so that only one customer is using the drop box at a time. This is to avoid package mix ups. Message us at m.me/get.SASScreations

Would you like to authorize another person to pick up your package? If so, complete the Release of Package Authorization Form

SASS Pick Up Location (Benton)

From I-30 take Exit 121 (Alcoa Exit). Follow Road Signs to Highway 5.

At Traffic Light turn LEFT onto Highway 5.

Continue on Highway 5 until past Harp's Grocery Store (on right).

Turn RIGHT on THIRD driveway past Harp's.

There will be a black chain length fence that runs the length of the driveway on the righthand side. You will come to a Boat Factory at the end of the driveway. This is the SASS Pick Up Location.
