Local Pick Up Instructions

 

Please see the following pick up instructions. You may contact us through messenger on our Facebook business page at m.me/get.SASScreations with any questions or concerns, for quicker message response time. TAT for Apparel could be up to 21 business days* (excludes shipping time) We aim for 5-7 business days, however with the current product shortage and tariff challenges for our vendors it could be up to 21 business days.  TAT for decals, jewelry and tumblers remains 5-7 business days unless otherwise specified in listing.  For custom specialty items such as bags, shoes, vehicle accessories, etc. the TAT is 21-30 business days.

When the order is available for pickup, you will receive a "Shipping Notification" message at the email/text number provided at time of order which will include a link to this page of instructions.

We have implemented a Locking Locker System for Local Pick Ups. The Locker System is useful for many reasons, including:

  • avoids package mixups
  • avoids theft
  • allows pick ups at customers convenience 
  • ⚠️🚨🚨 Please see pick up instructions highlighted below. We are allowed to put our lockers here as a courtesy and will not be allowed to if we can not respect the rules.🚨🚨⚠️

Pickup instructions

By utilizing the Locker System, orders may be picked up at 1329 Highway 5 North, Benton, AR 72019 (Weld-Craft Boat Factory).  (Map & more thorough directions below, please do NOT use GPS.  The GPS will take you to the wrong area.)

⚠️🚨🚨 Please PARK to the RIGHT hand SIDE of the Green DUMPSTER to avoid blocking forklifts and delivery trucks. DO NOT pull up or park in front of the office or the bay doors.  We are allowed to put our lockers here as a courtesy and will not be allowed to if we can not respect the rules.🚨🚨⚠️

The Lockers are at the FRONT DOOR of the Boat Factory.

SASS Pick Up Location (Benton)

From I-30 take Exit 121 (Alcoa Exit). Follow Road Signs to Highway 5.
At Traffic Light turn LEFT onto Highway 5.
Continue on Highway 5 until past Harp's Grocery Store (on right).
Turn RIGHT on THIRD driveway past Harp's.
There will be a black chain length fence that runs the length of the driveway on the righthand side.  You will come to a Boat Factory at the end of the driveway. This is the SASS Pick Up Location.
