Shipping policy

TAT (Turn Around Time)

TAT is 15-21 business days* (excludes shipping time). We aim for 5-7 business days, however 15-21 days give us ample time incase the supplies we need to fulfill orders are delayed.

Custom Items TAT is 45-60 days* (excludes shipping time). We aim for 21-30 days, however with the current extreme material shortage & shipping delays it could be up to 60 days.

 

 

Shipping

We ship ONLY within the United States.

When you place an order, please keep in mind that most items are 'made to order' and will take up to 21 days processing time. Additional time may be required if the materials for your item is out of stock.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Items are shipped by USPS First Class Mail with a tracking number, which will be provided to you.

 

Local Pick UP
